Limited Warranty

ClearVu Canada Ltd. offers a 10-year limited warranty on insulated sealed window units treated for moisture/condensation removal. This warranty is subject to the conditions and restrictions outlined below. The warranty is fully transferable one time within 12 months of the service date indicated on the original invoice. The original invoice is required to process any claims.
ClearVu Canada Ltd. will provide:
- re-treating of the insulated glass unit(s) should visible water or water droplets (condensation) remain for more than 12 weeks after the ClearVu restoration process;
- replacement* of lost or defective micro-valve within the 10-year warranty period;
- glass replacement** if breakage should occur during the ClearVu restoration process;
- glass replacement*** if ClearVu Canada Ltd. is not able to remove visible water, water droplets (condensation), and
- all materials are manufacturer warranted and all work to be free of defects for one year from date of installation.
*Replacement will be at the sole discretion of ClearVu Canada Ltd.
** Choice of replacement glass will be at the sole discretion of ClearVu Canada, where practical replacement glass comparable to the original glass.
*** Glass replacement will be at the sole discretion of ClearVu Canada Ltd. subject to a reassessment of the failed insulated glass unit. Should ClearVu Canada Ltd. recommend replacement ClearVu Canada Ltd. will supply/install a comparable insulated glass unit and apply 100% of the original restoration cost of that same unit towards the cost of a new replacement.
The foregoing warranty is exclusive and lieu of any other express or implied warranty. ClearVu Canada Ltd. shall not be liable in anyway for any consequential, incidental or contingent damages or loss whatsoever including but not limited to damages due to: nature, high pressure spraying or cleaning, improper maintenance, damage caused by mineral deposits, etching or pitting of window glass, moisture seepage or sealed unit re-wetting due to improper installation and/or poor maintenance such as paint, caulking, flashing, trims, deteriorated sash, wood, stucco, vinyl siding. In any event, liability shall not exceed the amount received by ClearVu Canada Ltd. from the Purchaser for such product.
